Bruce Wallace is a founding partner of Jolink Wallace in Houston. Bruce began his career in commercial real estate in 2005. With over 20 years of experience, Bruce’s responsibilities include tenant representation, project leasing, property acquisitions, dispositions and retail property development. He has worked with some of the most notable retailers in the country, as well as representing a diverse portfolio of owners and developers across the state of Texas.

In 2022, Bruce and Radkey Jolink formed Jolink Wallace- a full-service commercial real estate company, focused on brokerage, investments and development of strategic commercial properties across the state of Texas.

Prior to co-founding Jolink Wallace, Bruce was a broker at CBRE in Houston. Bruce was also a Vice President with Edens/AmREIT where he was responsible for overseeing the leasing and asset management for the Texas and Georgia portfolios.

A native Houstonian, Bruce earned a Bachelor of Arts degree from Baylor University. Bruce is a licensed real estate broker in Texas and has been a member of ICSC since 2005. Bruce and the Jolink Wallace team are also members of The Retail Brokers Network. Bruce is active in the Houston community and enjoys spending time with his family and hunting and fishing.

Radkey is a native Houstonian and focuses on both Landlord and Tenant Representation across the state of Texas. Radkey is able to work with clients to achieve ideal outcomes on project leasing or site selection with the brands he represents.

Radkey helps Jolink Wallace and other investors acquire, develop, and invest in a variety of asset classes.

Greg joined Jolink Wallace Commercial in 2024 after building a strong foundation in brokerage since launching his career straight from college in 2019. His comprehensive involvement spans project leasing, tenant representation, acquisitions, and development throughout Texas.

Greg has successfully orchestrated market expansion strategies for growing clients across Texas, managed diverse third-party leasing projects ranging from raw land to strip centers and grocer-anchored shopping centers, guided build-to-suit development initiatives, and represented buyers in strategic property acquisitions.

Greg leverages deep market knowledge and extensive local connections to deliver exceptional results. Known as a "boots on the ground" professional with a keen eye for prime real estate opportunities, he is driven by a passion for connecting communities with businesses that will serve them best.

Born and raised in Houston, Greg attended Texas A&M University and graduated with a bachelor’s degree in finance from Mays Business School. When he's not in the office, you'll find Greg on the golf course, cheering on the Aggies, or spending quality time with family and friends.

Clay began working in real estate with a prominent Houston developer in 2014 where he was leasing a 1.2 million square foot portfolio consisting of retail properties ranging from ground-up, grocery anchored developments to the adaptive reuse and redevelopment of urban core properties. During his tenure, he gained tremendous insight into developing desirable properties and satisfying specific tenant requirements. After 8 years, he moved into the self-storage industry where he traveled the nation handling property acquisitions before returning to his passion of retail properties.

At Jolink Wallace, Clay utilizes his experience in project leasing and knowledge of real estate markets to identify opportunities, bridge gaps, and negotiate transactions.

Clay graduated from The University of Texas at Austin with a degree in Economics.

Ferrell Mason serves as Transaction Manager for Jolink Wallace. With a keen eye for detail and a commitment to keeping transactions and company operations running smoothly, Ferrell plays an essential role in supporting the team's day-to-day functions. She brings strong organizational skills and a client-focused approach to everything she does, ensuring the office operates efficiently and professionally. Ferrell earned her degree in Government, with a minor in Psychology, from The University of Texas at Austin.
