Bruce began his career in commercial real estate in 2005. He has worked with some of the most notable retailers in the country, as well as representing some of the most prominent owners and developers in the state of Texas.

Bruce helps Jolink Wallace and other investors with tenant representation, project leasing, property acquisitions, dispositions and development.

Radkey is a native Houstonian and focuses on both Landlord and Tenant Representation across the state of Texas. Radkey is able to work with clients to achieve ideal outcomes on project leasing or site selection with the brands he represents.

Radkey helps Jolink Wallace and other investors acquire, develop, and invest in a variety of asset classes.

Cole is a native Houstonian and focuses on project and tenant representation, as well as identifying acquisitions and development opportunities. Cole is a Texas Tech University graduate with a Bachelor of Science in Ranch Management.

Cole enjoys spending time with his dog, golfing and hunting.

Greg joined in 2024 as addition to the Brokerage and Acquisitions team. His experience spans a wide array of transactions including Project Leasing, Tenant Representation, Acquisitions, and Build-to-suit Developments. A Houston native and Texas A&M graduate, his knowledge of the market throughout Texas is vast.
Greg enjoys playing golf, traveling, and rooting on the Aggies.
